So what on-line courses / DVD / The series of training do you recommend to learn Dreamweaver CS4 (Websites decisions, XHTML, PHP, CSS, all web-making)

I learned Photoshop [I think I am] between beginner and intermediate level and I was glad, of course, Photoshop Top Secret! It would be great is that there is a way similar to Photoshop Top Secret.
